Easy and quick salad recipes

Chop the lettuce leaves into 3 or 4 pieces, the other vegetables cut into sticks. You need mix everything, add salt. Sprinkle with sugar and pour sour cream. Decorate with greens to Your taste. A light salad.
Of red cabbage
500 gr. red cabbage, 150 g. sour cream, sugar, horseradish, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Slice the cabbage thin strips. Drop it in boiling water for a few minutes. Immerse in a colander and pour cold boiled water. The remaining products necessary to mix and combine with the red cabbage. The salad is cooled and served to the table.
Cauliflower 500 gr. vegetable oil 2 tablespoons, 1 boiled egg, parsley, pepper, green onions, salt and sugar. Boil cauliflower into florets and season with vegetable oil. Add vinegar, salt and sugar, pepper. Sprinkle the egg (using a grater). Add green onions and parsley.
“Vitamin” (quick salad)
2 tomatoes, 1 Apple, 1 / 2 Cup cherries, 1 / 2 Cup plums, 1 celery root, 2 or 3 cucumbers, 150 g. sour cream, 1 / 2 lemon, salt and sugar. Slice the Apple and the vegetables, slice the celery sticks. Mix. Add lemon juice, sugar and salt. Add sour cream to taste. Decorate the salad plums and cherries.
From plums and apples
